    Remarks: 
    Originally titled Pas de Deux, a smaller bronze version of the sculpture was Sardonis' entry in a competition held in Anchorage, Alaska. The piece was funded by Threlkeld, a Randolph businessman. Inscription on nearby plaque reads: REVERENCE/by JIM SARDONIS/"A TESTAMENT TO OUR COMMITMENT/TO THE ENVIRONMENT."/FOR INFORMATION ON OUR SPRING/1990 DEDICATION CEREMONY, CONTACT/THE ENVIRONMENTAL LAW FOUNDATION/26 STATE ST., MONTPELIER, VT. 05602/1-800-229-6300.
