Description:
Ten orange panels are arranged in two parts on the facade of the Federal Building. Eight panels are located on the west elevation, while the other two are located around the corner of the building. On the panels are black and white lines forming angles and arcs.

General Services Administration reported execution date as 1978, but Save Outdoor Sculpture! survey and nearby plaque give date as 1977. Nearby plaque reads: ROBERT MANGOLD/CORRELATION: TWO WHITE/LINE DIAGONALS AND TWO/ARCS WITH A 16 FOOT RADIUS/1977/COMMISSIONED UNDER THE/ART-IN-ARCHITECTURE PROGRAM/GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION/UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. IAS files contain copy of newspaper article from the Columbus Dispatch, July 24, 1986, Sect. D, pg. 1.
