Inscription:  unsigned Description:  Ten orange panels are arranged in two parts on the facade of the Federal Building. Eight panels are located on the west elevation, while the other two are located around the corner of the building. On the panels are black and white lines forming angles and arcs. Subject:  Abstract Object Type:  Outdoor Sculpture -- Ohio -- Columbus Sculpture Owner:  Administered by United States General Services Administration, Washington, District of Columbia Located Federal Building, 200 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215 Remarks:  Commissioned and funded by the General Services Administration (Art-in-Architecture Program). Cost: $70,000. General Services Administration reported execution date as 1978, but Save Outdoor Sculpture! survey and nearby plaque give date as 1977.
