Description:
Sculpture's lower part has a cruciform cross-section that extends up to a profile of a Native-American medicine man. The proper left and proper right side of the cruciform cross-section are scalloped. A stylized red tail hawk is on top of the head as if part of a headdress. A feather plume with ties extends from back and behind the proper left side of the medicine man's head. Sculpture sits on a U-shaped base that is actually a stairwell to underground parking and an entrance to a building.
