Nearby plaque reads: UNITA/SYMBOLIZES THE MOUNTAINS/THAT SURROUND US./FRANK RIGGS/CBD WALKWAYS-PHASE 2/1979. At time of SOS! survey, when photograph taken, the piece was still located adjacent to Federal courthouse. SOS! reports indicates piece may have subsequently been moved to (or was previously located at) Salt Lake Interchange Airport entry road, on east side of #1 parking structure.
