Description:
Garden of plants and trees in a narrow strip of earth running parallel to a sidewalk. On opposite side of strip is a historic wrought iron fence that runs the entire length of the site. A sandstone sculpture bench by an unknown artist intersects the narrow strip and fence; fence is divided into two sections each approximately 65 feet long.
