    Description: 
    Monument with sculptured figures set in a geometric stone framework. Central figure (female) rises from uppermost pedestal; three children are grouped at mid-level; at base is the sun rising above landscape and/or clouds. Central figure is full length, faces south, and is dressed in a long robe; proper right hand cradles globe; proper left holds torch; proper left leg bent at knee. Children (grouped below on south side) include a boy standing, facing proper left with proper left hand on bicycle tire; a girl, seated below boy on a small bench; her head is slightly lowered.
