Description:
A full-length standing, winged female figure of Victory, carrying a sword and branch in her hands, and crowned with laurel. She stands in front of an irregular-shaped, four-sided shaft, with bronze top and stars. Behind that is an exedra wall with 27 bronze plaques listing those who died in the war. The monument is part of a circular garden area, with benches and plantings.
