    Description: 
    A large fountain installation featuring a tall, square column topped by a seated dog who looks down into a semicircular water basin at ground level. On the front of the column, near the base, is a small cat's head which serves as the fountain spout. In front of the column there is a rectangular flagstone terrace flanked by granite benched and surrounded on three sides by a low granite wall. Drinking fountains are located on the square end posts on each side of the terrace entrance.
