Description:
The memorial consists of a center vertical slab adorned with a relief of a standing female in classical dress clutching a sword to her chest with her proper left hand and holding a palm leaf in her lowered proper right hand. Three stars in relief appear in a row above her head. At her feet are insignia for the army and the navy. Two low rectangular inscription slabs flank the relief.
