Remarks:
"Art in the United States Capitol," states the following, "Originally located on the south cheek block, east central front steps, the grouping became so badly deteriorated that in 1958 when the Extension of the East Front began "Discovery" was crated and placed in storage." The total cost was $27,391.59.
