    Full-length male Indian figure on horseback. His head is thrown back and both arms are outstretched. He wears braids that are over his shoulders and resting on his chest. The sculpture stands on a natural boulder base.

    Remarks: 
    Commissioned by John A. Brock, Charles Thornton T. D. Williamson, Jr. and the Alumni Association of Central High School. The Association raised $120,000 for the project. $80,000 was earmarked for the sculpture and the remaining funds were used to created an endowment fund for Central High School in Tulsa. The Central High School Foundation contributed $20,000 for lighting and other expenses. The sculpture was cast from a 1907 maquette which stands in the lobby of Central High School. IAS files include a related article from Tulsa World, June 24, 1984 and June 29, 1984 and the Tulsa Tribune, Feb. 8, 1985 and Nov. 4, 1985.
