    Sculpture is dedicated in memory of Merritt de Jong and was made possible from contributions from Industrial Contractors, O'Neal Steel, and friends of Merritt de Jong. Fabrication and installation was done by Industrial Contractors Sheet Metal Division. A dedication plaque is on a nearby wall. IAS files contain a related pamphlet, which includes the artist's statement about the sculpture.
