(GAR symbol) (North side of base:) Dedicated to the/members of/Old Glory Circle/No.35/Ladies of the GAR./1919 unsigned Founder's mark appears.
    Description: 
    A Civil War soldier in uniform stands at parade rest holding the barrel of his rifle, while the butt rests by his feet. The soldier has a moustache and wears a cap, with a canteen resting on his proper left hip and a saber hanging on his side. The soldier is mounted on a tall, shaft-like base with graduated lower tiers with inscriptions.
