Description:
A wall and walkway with stairs descend below ground level. The wall is engraved with inscriptions. In front of the inscriptions is a wind chime surrounded by eight tapered slabs. The wind chime's gong and a bronze plaque have designs of a watchtower, barbed wire, and the profile of a man's head.
