Description:
Mary in robes stands with her arms holding her chest. She stands on a crescent and at her feet are cherubs and clouds. She stands atop a base consisting of a pedestal flanked by two tablets, mounted on a platform.

Remarks:
Marks the graves of Theodore Charles Ziemer, 1909-1872, and Camilla B. Jones Ziemer. Originally set in a niche above the main entrance of Assumption Cathedral. Moved to Reitz Home Living House Museum some time after the Cathedral's demolition. Relocated to current site in 1972. Henry Mursinna and D. A. Bohlen were the architects of Assumption Cathedral.
