Vertical rough-hewn marker with bronze elements. These include a commemorative plaque with text,
sword
and vegetation on the front, a round relief Seal for the State of New York at the top front and a 1st Corps insignia.

Remarks:
Monument is one of 90 in the park honoring New York troops who participated in the Gettysburg campaign. It indicates the position held by Battery E attached to Reynold's Battery on July 2 & 3. The sculpture (referred to as MN 310) is listed on the National Park Service List of Classified Structures and is referenced in the Gettysburg National Military Park Archives, vol. 24.
