    A rectangular inscription plaque bearing an oval relief depicting John Jacob Bausch.

    Formerly located Bausch Memorial Bridge, Bausch Street, Rochester, New York
    Remarks: 
    The tablet was installed on the balustrade at the east entrance to the bridge, but was knocked off the bridge during an automobile accident. It lies at the bottom of the ravine, 100 feet below the bridge, at the edge of the Genesee River. The Engineering Department of the City of Rochester inspected the site and declared it too dangerous to attempt a retrieval. IAS files contain a Rochester Historical Society flyer describing the plaque.
