Inscription:  (Inlaid in bronze on the lips of each pipe, on the top edges of the walls of the bridge and on the walkway surfaces are lines from Herman Melville's novel "Moby Dick") unsigned Description:  "Two similar concrete bridges consisting of angled ramps with closed sidewalls supported by a large concrete pipe. The cast concrete is colored with a salmon-rose pigment." The bridges sit directly on the ground.
