    Commemorative stele with relief bust portraits of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and James Madison in recessed arched setting on the upper front. The stele is mounted upon a rectangular foundation.

    Remarks: 
    Monument commemorates the Bicentennial of the signing of the Constitution. It was sponsored by the Galvez Chapter, Sons of the American Revolution. Cost was less than $5,000, with most funding coming from SAR members, and some funding coming from local DAR members. The designers were three of the five members of the Monument Committee. Sculpture was carved by Bryan C. Rawls and Ronnie W. Green, of the Central Monument Company.
