Lundeen/Loveland, Colorado 1989 (copyright symbol) 5/21 signed Description:  Benjamin Franklin is seated on a bench reading the Declaration of Independence. He has long hair and wears small reading glasses, a shirt with ruffled collar and cuffs, a vest, thigh-length jacket, short pants with stockings and buckle shoes. He sits at an angle with his proper right arm resting on the back of the bench as he holds the open document with his hand. He leans his proper left hand on a cane at his proper left side. At the opposite end of the bench are two small birds. One is perched and the other is in flight about to land.
