Lundeen (On bench:) Loveland, Colorado (copyright symbol) signed Founder's mark appears. Description:  Ben Franklin is seated on a bench. He is dressed in the clothing of his time, including knee breeches, vest, long tail coat, ruffled shirt, and spectacles. He leans on a cane with his proper left hand, and holds a sheaf of the first page of the Constitution with his proper right hand. A pigeon is perched to the proper right of Franklin on the bench and another attempts to land beside it.
