    Description: 
    An abstract sculpture of a serpent made from welded steel intertwined with bits of tree trunk and limbs, specifically on the head and back of the neck, and also through the tail. The entire sculpture has a hollow core with numerous surface openings to the core. A wire fence is placed over the throat area. The sculpture is placed upon three concrete pilings on an island in the lake. Only the top part of the pilings are visible above the ground.
