Description:
Four columns of concrete, a pair on each side of the United States & Canadian border. Each pair has a rectangular shape near the top, which connects them to form the pair. The four columns represent "people from the four corners of the earth coming together to form two similar but distinct nations, with a common base of democracy and beliefs. The base of the tower represents the North American Continent, separate from the rest of the world but united through trade. The tower's height represents peoples' spirits and hopes rising to unlimited heights.
