    Description: 
    A woman, Liberty, is seated on a rock. Her hair is tied behind her and she wears a dress, sandals, and a breastplate. Both of her hands hold a palm frond; her proper right hand also holds an inscribed scroll. A military helmet hangs from the scroll and a rifle and sword rest in the crook of her proper right arm. Behind Liberty an anchor rests on the rock upon which she sits. The rock sits atop a circular, inscribed base.
