    Description: 
    A standing figure of a policeman is mounted on a low base which stands against a dark granite wall. The wall is flanked by two smaller slabs of dark granite, one bearing the incised image of the Quincy Police Relief Association badge and the other bearing the incised image of the City of Quincy seal.
