Description:
Shallow still life depicting three vessels holding arrangements of quince blossoms. The dishes are arranged on a table placed against a wall. An oriental fan adorned with a fish leans against the wall behind some of the flowers. The simplicity of design and flatness of space suggest that this painting was influenced by Japanese art.
