    Remarks: 
    William Fisher (1741-1822) was a member of North Carolina militia in the Revolutionary War. He was a member of North Carolina Legislature in 1799 and 1802. Sculpture was formerly located on the grounds of city Park. Donated by Primrose Watson Fisher, descendant of William Fisher.
