    Description: 
    Reliefs on the facade of the courthouse depict the construction and fishing industries. Both consist of a grouping of three male figures, two standing and one kneeling in front. The construction workers wear hard hats and hold I-beams and tools. The kneeling figure wears a welder's mask on his head and holds a torch in his proper right hand. The men in the fishing group are shirtless and are hauling fishing nets. Two figures wear hats.
