    Description: 
    Series of relief panels surrounding the entry to the Courthouse. These panels depict a shirtless man in long pants pushing a cart on rails; a seated male figure wearing farm work clothes amid tufts of wheat; a robed classical male figure holding a lantern in his outstretched proper left hand; a robed classical figure with his proper right arm resting atop a shield and his proper left arm outstretched towards a number of canisters; a classical figure with proper left hand resting atop a staff and proper right arm outstretched toward a nude figure; a female figure with classical era clothing holding the proper left hand of a nude male figure with her proper left hand while her proper right hand rests on his proper right shoulder; two male figures, naked from the waist up and pouring a liquid from a crucible into what appears to be a mold; and the panel at the lower left corner features two male workers with hats carrying an object on their proper right shoulders. Above the center of the doorway is an eagle with outstretched wings.
