Description:
Two tondos and a gargoyle's head on the facade of a building. The tondos are situated at the far sides of the facade and the gargoyle head rests at the center. Each tondo contains a portrait of a classical head. The tondo on the left side of the facade contains the relief portrait of a bearded figure. The tondo on the right side contains the relief portrait of a clean-shaven figure. The two relief portraits face each other and each tondo sits above a window and between two flattened columns topped by relief Corinthian capitals. In the center of the facade, above a decorated arched pediment, is the head of the gargoyle. The gargoyle wears a crown and has garlands of fruit draped at each side of its head. The head sits above a decorative curved tympanum and below a window.

Remarks:
The building was originally donated to the city of Pine Bluff when it was built by the Saenger Corporation of New Orleans. It was subsequently passed to private hands and in the 1970s was given to the Heckatoo Foundation, a historic preservation entity.
