    Description: 
    A bronze plaque almost completely filled with a high-relief figure of a hooded woman holding an urn. The relief covers one of the faceted sides of the granite columbarium. The figure is the wingless angel of death. The granite columbarium includes depictions of dolphin heads.

    Remarks: 
    The architect, Peter J. Weber, designed the columbarium and included dolphin heads as both a play on Fisher's name and as a symbol of resurrection. According to SOS! survey, as of October 1992 the sculpture had just been restored.
