Description:
An oversized book held open at three separate pages, with the figures of four children interacting with it. One girl stands, pulling at a page with both hands. Another girl, who holds a life-sized book in her proper right hand, appears to be walking out of another page; her proper left arm, which is swung behind her, disappears into the page. One boy, standing on his tiptoes, grasps the edge of one page in his hands and peers around it. Another boy, depicted in relief, appears to be walking through another page. Both girls and the first boy wear slacks and long-sleeve shirts or sweaters, while the second boy wears a short-sleeve shirt.
