Inscription:  unsigned Description:  This was a site piece with organic curves of concrete, which formed steps and places to sit. There were plantings within these forms, with a central fountain or pool. A mural on the adjoining wall corresponds to the ground plan of the concrete terraces. Additional funding was provided by the New York State Arts Council (NYSAC). A 1991 statement from artist notes that "after repeated bad maintenance, water pool and waterfall were removed and work altered (buried half underground) and planted not following artist's suggestions.
