An abstract almost square sculpture with a textured, circular, whirlpool patterned surface. The sculpture is supported by rods and mounted on a five-sided base.

Remarks:
The sculpture was donated to the city by Mrs. Eric Johnston. According to the artist he was inspired to create the whirlpools in the sculpture as he was crossing the Monroe Street Bridge over the Spokane River. The sculpture is placed near the Monroe Street Bridge where the artist had his inspiration.
