A statue grouping of Jesus and the twelve apostles. The apostles are in a rectangular grouping on four sides of a plot that contains two burial sites. Each apostle stands barefoot, wearing full-length robes, holding two iconographic symbols that he is identified with, some representing the means of their martyrdom. Andrew holds a fishnet with two fish and a cross; Bartholomew: a sword; the two James figures: a windmill and a saw for one, a spike for the other; John: a scroll and a chalice with a serpent; Matthew: an axe and a ball; Paul: a sword and a book; Peter: keys and perhaps a crossbeam; Philip: a spear and perhaps a cross; Simon: a fish; Thaddeus: a sailboat and a club; Thomas: a plane and a spear. Each of the apostles have nameplates on the front of their plinths and are mounted on short, square bases. Approximately one hundred feet away, within a rectangular burial plot, is a statue of Christ with palms outstretched, mounted atop a square base.
