The bronze relief panels on the door depict the joyful, sorrowful, and glorious mysteries of the rosary. There are three relief panels over the doors and six on each door depicting scenes from the lives of Mary and Christ, including The Annunciation, The Visitation, The Holy Family, Christ's Presentation in the Temple, Christ in the Temple, Christ in the Garden of Gethsemene, Christ being Scourged, Christ Crowned with Thorns, Christ Carrying the Cross, Christ Crucified, Christ Rising from the Tomb, Christ before the Apostles, Descent of the Holy Ghost, Christ Welcomes Mary into Heaven, and the Coronation of Mary.
