    Description: 
    A relief plaque depicting, on the right side, a bust of Ells Widerman wearing a shirt, tie, and suitcoat with the "W.G.A." emblem on his proper left breast pocket; at the upper half of the left side of the relief plaque is the Kenwood Country Clubhouse with the golf course in the foreground. In the lower left corner is a figure of a golf caddie, dressed in slacks, a short-sleeve shirt, and a visor, standing and holding a bag of golf clubs that are slung over his proper right shoulder.
