    Remarks: 
    Richard B. Westnedge (1869-1899), surgeon in the Spanish American War, died in the Philippine Islands of typhoid fever. His mother, Mrs. Mary B. Westnedge, commissioned this bust and displayed it in her home before she donated it to the cemetery.
