    Description: 
    A relief portrait. bust-length, of Colonel Alexander Reynolds. He wears a uniform but no hat. He is turned slightly to the proper right. The relief is on a white granite stele, which rests on a rectangular base.

    Monument located on land which was formerly the property of the Vicksburg National Military Park. The monument is on the National Park Service List of Classified Structures (LCS no. 03428). IAS files contain a copy of the LCS report form. Bronze cost $275 paid by Federal Government.
