Description:
A tall, rectangular tower with an entablature across the top and a small dome on top. A circular-faced clock is near the top of the tower. Two wings extend from the lower half of the tower at right angles to each other. On the wings are nine plaques each with a bust-length portrait in relief, and an inscription describing the person depicted.
