Portrait of an elderly Blackfoot medicine man seated on a red blanket with his legs crossed, his hands resting in his lap and his gaze directed off to the right. He wears a blue moccasins and blue pants, with a magenta shirt and a blue fringed vest adorned with a diamond pattern. Around his neck he wears a small shell necklace and a long necklace adorned with animal teeth. His long black hair is worn in braids that fall over his shoulders, and on his head he wears a tall western-style cowboy hat.
