    Full-length figure of Charles Morgan stands on a square pedestal. The figure wears a suit with bow tie and long, double-breasted coat. His proper left hand is on his hip.

    Remarks: 
    Charles Morgan was a New York ship owner, founder of the Morgan School and native of Clinton. He gave the town over $300,000 to establish a free school.
