Remarks:
Colonel William L. McMillen commanded the 95th Ohio Infantry during the Vicksburg campaign. Erected by the federal government. The monument is on the National Park Service List of Classified Structures (LCS no. 03411). IAS files contain a copy of the LCS report form. Bronze cost $275 paid by Federal Government.
