Description:
A bust-length relief portrait of Colonel William J. Landram in military uniform, wearing a mustache and beard. The portrait is above an inscription, and a decorated border surrounds the relief plaque and separates the inscription from the portrait. The relief plaque is affixed to the upper section of a two-sectioned base.

Commemorates Civil War Colonel William J. Landram. Erected by the federal government. The monument is on the National Park Service List of Classified Structures (LCS no. 03400). IAS files contain a copy of the LCS report form. Bronze cost $227.25 paid by Federal Government.
