Inscription:  (On left side of collar:) Who can gaze on such beauty and be silent unsigned Description:  Portrait of Edward Center Kinsman as a young boy dressed in a black suit, white vest, and a white shirt with a wide collar and a black bow tie. He is turned slightly to the left, his case directed over the viewers left shoulder. In his left hand he holds a red book.
