    Remarks: 
    The sculpture was commissioned by the Arts Council for Chautauqua County with a $30,000 grant from the Gebbie Foundation. Robert H. Jackson was a Frewsburg, New York native and a Jamestown attorney who served on the Supreme Court and was the chief prosecutor for America during the Nuremburg trials held in 1945.
