Inscription:  (Names of individuals appear under their respective heads) Description:  Cast aluminum reliefs set into textured walls of precast concrete. The reliefs on the south wall relate to the history of the West End neighborhood; the reliefs on the north wall relate to the history of transportation leading up to MARTA. Included are faces of Mace Hamilton, Maynard Jackson, Martin Luther King Jr., and Lt. Henry O. Flipper.
