Description:
Tomb of architect Bertram Grosvenor Goodue adorned across the top with relief carvings of buildings designed by Goodhue including the Chapel at West Point, Rockefeller Chapel at the University of Chicago, Rice University, CalTech, the National Academy of Science Building, the Los Angeles Public Library, the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, Sterling Memorial Library, St. Vincent Ferrer, an Unbuilt Convocation Center, designed for Madison Square Garden, the Nebraska State Capitol, St. Thomas Church, and St. Batholomew's. Below the sarcophagus bearing a reclining figure of Goodhue is a relief carving of his family crest.
