    Full-length standing portrait of Charles Stewart Vane-Tempest-Stewart (1852-1915) holding the Great Sword of the State. He wears ceremonial costume: red velvet and white fur cape over a full-dress uniform. He is attended by his page (his nephew) who carries his coronet.
