Description:
A bust of Brigadier General William E. Baldwin dressed in uniform, without hat, wearing a mustache and beard. The bust is mounted upon a two-sectioned base with an inscribed plaque on the front.

Remarks:
Commemorates Civil War brigadier general William E. Baldwin, who died February 19, 1864. The monument is on the National Park Service List of Classified Structures (LCS no. 03299). IAS files contain a copy of the LCS report form. Cost of bust $562 paid by the Federal Government.
